Get to Know Dr. Luis Barajas
After graduating from Indiana University in Indianapolis, Luis Barajas, MD, went on to secure certification from the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. He worked in emergency medicine for several years before opening his own family medicine practice in Hobart. He then shifted his focus to the treatment of venous conditions.
Since 2007, Dr. Barajas has performed more than 7,000 venous procedures. He’s also trained numerous vein care physicians. The doctor is passionate about helping vein patients live lives free from venous pain and discomfort.
Comprehensive Care for Varicose Veins
The CVR team offers a broad array of procedures for treating varicose veins and improving patients’ quality of life. The lead surgeon, Dr. Barajas offers endovenous laser treatment, which utilizes a laser to close off damaged veins so they can heal. I cannot thank anyone enough for the care and personal attention that I received. From the girls at the check in desk to all involved. I even broke my shoulder and couldn't take my own socks off and sure enough one of your people stepped up and offered to help me so I did not miss an appointment. Everyone has been so kind, friendly, personable and really care. Also, Dr. Barajas has an incredible bedside manner, is easy to talk to, explains things well. I have been very happy with the results and have notice vast improvements. I take Elequis and have had issues keeping some veins closed. Dr. Barajas has come up with a plan to address this and will taking care of me. Overall, very satisfied.
