The doctor and staff are awesome. I felt very little discomfort during procedure.

I am happy that some of the veins that were visible on my legs have diminished but I am still waiting for the bruising and scarring to disappear. It has been a year and the “marks” from the procedure is still pretty visible and I still have remaining veins that are didn’t get worked on.

As soon as you walk in the office they greet you with a pleasant smile and everyone is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Dr. Melin is amazing and explains everything in the way that I can easily understand, no big medical words that only the medical people will understand. Very patient and even when they’re helping someone, and someone else walks in they will acknowledge that client which is very impressive. So altogether I’m happy to be one of their clients.

My only suggestion is to have it done when the weather is cool. The compression stockings were probably the worst part as it was hot out and I couldn't wait to get them off at night. But even that was tolerable.

Majority of the staff is great! That said, I've experienced a burning and scratching sensation, migraines after sclerotherapy with foam, mosquito bite feeling, major bruising, additional sclerotherapy needed.

There was very little discomfort and the process was quick and easy. The results are not as fast as they were about 20 years ago when I had my veins treated, however, Vein Clinics of America is superior to the vein practice I started with before transferring to VCA. I never should have considered another doctor. VCA took care of me 20 years ago. I should have stayed with what I knew would work, but the drive was too long at the time. I liked that all the appointments were set up in advance. There was no guess work as to when I should schedule the next appointment.

I think it might've saved a lot of time and effort if I could have called the office directly. Because of my genetics I will likely need to return for additional treatment, and I expect that it will be just as successful.
