I am really happy to find the right doctor and right staff members, above all they were close to my house. Here I have to add, the way that my doctor, Dr. Soto treated me, for my feet problem, swelling, and more, I will go to see her, any location and offices she works, regardless of the distances to her office. That is what I said and recommended her to all my friends and family. She is a great doctor and a great friend, or better part of the family as she said, thanks to her.

My issue was should vein surgery come before knee replacement. Dr. Fernandez called my orthopedic surgeon and they discussed the issuers of clots and infection and decided to proceed with vein surgery first. Very good collaboration.

Dr Fernandez is a kind compassionate thoughtful person who takes the whole person into consideration. You are not just legs that need to be fixed! He is also an amazingly skilled doctor and has resolved all kinds of issues with my legs over the past five years. Generations of women in my family have suffered from painful varicose veins and leg ulcers and I just wish they could have had the treatments I’ve been fortunate in having. I felt completely safe and confident in Dr Fernandez’s hands and he only has the most skilled and well trained medical staff working in the centre. The admin and front office staff are also very considerate and knowledgeable and make office appointments stress free. The centre is taking COVID precautions very seriously and I felt very satisfied with the precautions they have put in place.

The entire staff from checking in to exit was pleasant. The technician who conducted the ultrasound was focused and friendly and explained the process as we continued through the process. Dr. Fernandez explained that I did not meet the criteria for vein treatment and suggested that I continue to wear the compression hose and reschedule. Overall, everyone was professional and I will definitely be recommending this office to anyone that requires treatment.
