Office staff are super nice. Had insurance information and costs ready for me. I was glad to know why my previous RFA by another doctor had resulted in stain and hard vein with skin retraction still after 16 months. They explained what the previous doctor had done that was not standard. They didn't put him down, but simply explained how it possibly went wrong. They will be able to completely close the vein that still has some reflux. I feel I can trust the experience and will anticipate final healing for this vein.Posted by TINA C. . on November, 10 2020
